Woody is our 6-year-old corgi, our constant companion, and the heart of our home. In December, our lives changed overnight when Woody was diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma, an aggressive cancer of the lymphatic system. Thanks to quick action and incredible veterinary care, Woody began the CHOP chemotherapy protocol, the gold-standard treatment for canine lymphoma. The good news is that he is already responding beautifully—his lymph nodes have regressed, and he is currently in clinical remission. He’s still his happy, loving self, and he’s fighting hard.
Cancer treatment for dogs, however, is intensive and expensive. In just the first few weeks, we’ve already incurred significant veterinary and oncology costs, covering diagnostic testing, specialty oncology consultations, chemotherapy drugs, bloodwork, and supportive medications. And we are only partway through his treatment plan. We are committed to giving Woody the best possible chance at a long, happy life—but we can’t do it alone.
If you’re able to help, any contribution—no matter the size—will go directly toward ongoing chemotherapy treatments, required bloodwork and monitoring, medications to manage side effects, and follow-up oncology visits. If you’re not able to donate, sharing Woody’s story means just as much to us. Thank you for supporting Woody and for being part of his fight.
