Help Woodhill School Rebuild

Hello Everyone, I am Pastor Omar Fisher from Philadelphia, PA, USA and I am a professor at a local college and a pastor. I traveled to Kenya in May 2021 and spoke words of encouragement to the young students at Woodhill International School in Webuye, Kenya. Its amazing what husband and wife, David and Lavina Owalla, are able to do with limited resources. They are pouring into the lives of children and not only are children taught at the school but some of the children who are orphans or less fortunate are allowed to live there and are provided with meals and lodging which is literally saving their life as well as building them up for the future. Their mission is, "Nurturing today's child for tomorrow's world" and they do this with a holistic education that includes knowledge but also a learning environment that stresses moral values and a friendly learning environment. They are constantly inviting a variety of professionals such as myself to come and speak to the children. I was happy to donate my time and resources to help this school. However, June 30, 2021, they suffered an electrical fire and they are still recovering. They need help now! Right now they are educating 19 children and I would like to raise money to help them not only build back to where they were but also to exceed their previous capabilities by giving them more resources that will allow them to supply even more children with a powerful education!! Right now they employ 3 teachers at $600 per month and pay $1000 in rent and utilities per month. They also transport kids to and from the school which costs another $1000 per month and they feed the children for another $500 a month. That is $3100 per month for just the bare necessities. They got behind in their bills due to the fire. We want them to be able to fix the damaged classroom, $2500. Employ another 3 teachers for another year without having to raise the cost of tuition so that would cost $7200. And be able to purchase $5000 worth of school supplies and computers for the classrooms. We also want them to be able to pay the bills for the school for the next 6 months, $18,600, so that all they have to worry about is improving the educational experience for the children. This would be a huge blessing to David and Lavina and even moreso to the children of Woodhill International. Let's pour into the lives of these children!!
