Help woman struck by car on Adams Ave (12/12/19)
Donation protected
Last night a 25-year-old woman, named Kerri O'Farrell, was walking her neighbor's dog and was struck by a car (12/12/19). She is at the hospital with life-threatening injuries, and the dog was killed.
She was hit by a driver at 6:50pm as she and the dog were crossing Adams at 34th Street. It's a marked crosswalk with flashing lights for pedestrians.
As neighbors of the Normal Heights area, we need to come together to help this poor woman with expenses. She's a mother of three kids. Medical treatment is so expensive and she will need time to recover.
Please don't just send prayers and tell everyone to drive slower, please take a second to donate whatever you can to help her recovery. Even $5 helps!
