Help with woody's emergency surgery

My name is Autumn and my little sister's golden doodle got hit by a car today as she was trying to get him in the car to pick kids up from school. The person that hit him rushed away from the scene. We just found out he needs emergency surgery and the cost is $4200. We are all trying to help with what we can and its unfortunate theres not many options out there to help in these types of situations.

Anything helps. We love woody as our own and my sister needs all the help she can get during this traumatic event.
