Help with Wawa’s vet bills

Midnight (Wawa) has been my kitty since she was about 3 months old! We found her and took her in, and she’s now 10! However, I recently decided I was ready to adopt a dog and brought one home almost 2 weeks ago. When I brought the new dog through our front door, Wawa RAN so fast under the bed and injured her spine which has now caused paralysis in her right hind leg. We’ve taken her to two vets now, both of which have recommended seeing a Veterinary Neurologist and proceeding further with very, very expensive testing. Our initial visit was almost $800 which included an exam, blood test, x-rays, and medication. That fee alone almost capped me out for money... When I spoke to my vet yesterday, she brought up euthanasia depending on Wawa’s quality of life. If I cannot get her these tests/consultations, and find out if there’s something more I can do, I don’t know what I will do. I can’t justify euthanizing my cat simply because I cannot afford these tests. I would never start a fundraiser for something silly as I know there are tons of things to donate your money to for good, but Wawa is like a child to me... I know that sounds silly as well but I’ve had her since I was 12 years old... she’s been with me through every anxiety attack, depressive state, break-up, absolutely everything I’ve endured in the past 10 years. She’s like my little support animal!
