Help with vet expenses and moving

So you all know we're moving. We had the money saved for a truck but after some fraudulent charges on my bank account we no longer have the money. I've also not received any stimulus checks, which I've filed taxes for but haven't received that yet either. The bank said it could take 45 days to return the money.  
We also have a sick rat who is going to the vet Monday. 
And my insurance premium is due or it'll get canceled.
