Hello. My name is Sally and I run breeds in need rescue. We took in two Yorkshire terrier puppies as they were due to be put to sleep. This is because they both walk on three legs and hold one of their back legs up. The vets have said it doesn’t seem to be causing pain yet but this is something that could happen in the future and we need further investigation into what is causing this problem.

Our rescue is currently on its knees. We have had to close our doors except for emergencies due to the fact we have no funds. Having a very large unexpected vet bill wiped us out and now we are having to fundraise for future vet bills.

The initial price for X-rays for the girls is £1000 and this will hopefully show any bone abnormalities they have. We will then know how much we need to fundraisers for surgery but for now we just need the money for X-rays.
