Help with Kathy Johnson's medical expenses

Kathy Johnson is an extremely dedicated and essential employee with Horizons Specialized Services. Kathy is a House Coordinator at Horizons who was recently hospitalized for pneumonia and heart complications.  This unexpected illness resulted in a flight for life to Denver and a week-long hospital stay as well as needed recovery time at home.
Kathy is dependent upon the wages from the ( many)  hours that she works to support the individuals served by Horizons. Kathy is always the first to give her time and energy to those that she supports, she never says no, is always willing to work, and has a positive attitude beyond comparison, It is now time to give back to a very selfless person who would benefit from some financial support while healing.
