Help with unexpected funeral for Lindsay Weakland

Hello, my name is Brandee and I’ve created this gofundme on behalf of the Weakland family. They are close friends and selflessly treated me like family throughout my childhood. Lindsay was the little sister I never had. Lindsay had just turned 18 years old and graduated just 4 months ago. She was a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a light to everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her in life. She was the one to always lighten the mood and went out of her way to show kindness to everyone she met. Unfortunately on Saturday September 24th Lindsay Weakland lost her life amidst the chaos at Wildwood New Jersey. She was walking to her condo when she was struck by a speeding driver and killed along with one other victim. While this family is going through this unexpected tragedy I am hoping to relieve some of the burden for them. This fund is to help with any unexpected funeral expenses.
