Unfortunately I got diagnosed with Twin to Twin transfusion Syndrome (TTTS) which is a serious condition that can occur in identical twins who share a placenta, where abnormal blood vessel connections cause one twin (the donor) to pass too much blood to the other (the recipient). This imbalance can lead to poor growth and low fluid for the donor twin, while the recipient twin may develop excess fluid and strain on the heart. Because I got diagnosed with this the doctor is having us fly out immediately to Colorado so they can monitor me and possibly get fetoscopic laser surgery to save the twins. We will be having to stay for a full week last minute. The surgery, flights, doc apts, hotels are extremely expensive and we need all the support and help we can get. Anything helps.
