I am Tristen’s wife Stephanie and this is a difficult ask for us. We are so grateful for everyone’s support during Tristen’s surgery however the hospital stay has been longer than expected. She had a cyst in the center of her brain and they couldn’t. Remove it so they had to puncture a bunch of holes in it. I’m sure the ICU bill alone will far exceed what insurance will cover. She will need ongoing physical therapy, speech therapy and we have to purchase some medical equipment for the house. She is unable move around without a walker at this time. She will have at least two weeks without pay because her short term disability will run out before she can go back to work if she is cleared by the expected date. We know this time of year is difficult and we are very grateful for any help. Thank you for the ongoing support while we find a new normal.
