Help with Trevor Lowe's Medical Expenses

Hi my name is Amy, and I'm trying to raise funds for my husband Trevor Lowe. He was in a serious mountain biking accident and was admitted to Concord Hospital in NH on Sunday June 6th. He had an MRI and Cat scan which revealed on Monday June 7th that he had compound fractures in his T7 & T8 vertebrae as well as a break in the C1 vertebrae which helps connect the spine to the skull. The neurologist gave some possible options for treatment including fusing the C1 to the skull (which would be a permanent disability and he would lose most of the ability to turn his head or look up/down without moving his whole torso)- he ideally did not want to do a fusing surgery since he is so young and healthy (he is only 26 years old), a surgical halo- which would be screwed into the skull for support, or a non-invasive halo brace. The neurologist ordered a second MRI to get a better look at the break in the C1 to be able to decide on the best treatment, and on Tuesday June 8th the results came back. The break in the C1 is still a very severe injury, and if not properly treated could lead to various neurological issues, paralysis, or even death in a serious case. The neurologist decided that the non-invasive halo brace would be best for Trevor's situation and ordered him to be measured and fit for the brace. Later on Tuesday Trevor was fitted with the brace and would be monitored for the night to see if the brace was a proper fit. Trevor's healing timeline is hopefully 8 weeks, but we are expecting he will need some sort of physical therapy once the brace comes off.

We were also a "COVID couple" who had to postpone our original wedding scheduled last June 26, 2020 we decided it would be best to elope and have our Big wedding this year on June 26, 2021. Due to these uncertain circumstances and Trevor's state, we will now need to postpone the wedding again, he will not be able to work during this time, and I will not be able to support the both of us on just my income. It is a very stressful and uncertain time, so I am asking for help with his medical expenses, after care costs with physical therapy, and to help make up for his portion of lost income to take care of various other expenses.

We appreciate any donation and thank you immensely!!
