Here we go! Pre-Op & Surgery

Hi all! I have Pre-Op scheduled in December 2024 & Surgery in January 2025 at Duke University in North Carolina. And I need some assistance if possible please with travel expenses. The plan is to fly up there, take a uber from airport to hotel. Next day, uber to appointment, then back to airport. x2 . So i really need some help to make both events.
