Help with Travel Costs for Wife's Medical Care

I never thought that I would have to do something like this. I am asking for help. My wife is very sick. She has pulmonary fibrosis and a very bad autoimmune disease. She is at Montefiore Medical Center in The Bronx, New York. I stay with her all week long and come home on the weekends. I am asking my friends and family, if they could, please help us with gas and tolls.

I don't want to leave her side. Thank you.
