Help with Expenses for Tristan

My name is Elaine and I am starting this GoFundMe to assist my partner Tristan, in raising funds during this difficult time.

On January 6 2025, Tristan suffered a seizure and his health had begun to decline. He was seen at WNGH on that date, a CT Scan and tests done, which apparently came back clear. In the following month his symptoms worsened significantly and he again presented at WNGH again in early February.

Two masses were seen on his brain through a second scan.

Tristan was sent to Health Sciences North in Sudbury where he underwent further scans and a biopsy. A diagnosis was made as Glioblastoma Multiforme grade 4, a highly aggressive brain cancer, so our worst fears were confirmed.

He has bravely undergone a concurrent round of chemotherapy and radiation for the past 6 weeks. Next steps are adjunct chemotherapy for the rest of his days. He is unable to work due to his symptoms and cognitive decline, and is overwhelmed with his lack of income.

Tristan is loved by many and the emotional support he has received from family, friends and community has been heartwarming and so very appreciated.

Tristan needs help financially till his affairs are in order with regards to financial assistance which takes time, and sadly, bills still need to be paid.
