Hi everyone, I hope this finds you all well. I’m sorry that I’m even asking for any sort of help. But, I’m trying to get out of a situation and move into a house with my kids. I’m no longer in the position to receive first and deposit. This is such a great house and I’ve done so much work on the property and I would hate to see it go. ANY help would be appreciated.

Again, I hate asking for help but I hate to disappoint my kids even more and stay in a bad situation.
