Help with this journey called life

Hi, my name is Jada Batchelor and I’m a 22 year old girl from Connecticut, USA. I’m starting this GoFundMe in hopes of getting help from my fellow family, friends and supporters near and far. 

In 2021 I had a dangerous lung surgery (sleeve lobectomy) to treat lung cancer and fell into a coma while in ICU. When I woke up I had to relearn how to walk, and speak. I even had a tracheostomy and a feeding tube put in. Ever since, my life has been a wild rollercoaster. My recover has been a journey and I’m just now getting back to reality but still in and out of the hospital for my breathing and blood clots. I am currently 4 months pregnant and have just fallen down on my luck. I had to quit my job this year because of my health, I lost my only source of transportation, and have been bouncing around from place to place for my living situation. As of July 18th 2023 I will be absolutely homeless with no where to go. I of course will contact 211 and other resources in hopes of immediate help but now that I have no income and the state is limited with support (disability denied me) I find myself stuck and completely financially down.

I’m looking for help just getting back on my feet; some assistance getting necessities for me and baby, buying a cheap car, getting a room for rent or an apartment and start my photography + youtube business.

Since I’m high risk during this pregnancy and in general there’s limited things I can do currently but I have a lot of strength, heart, a good soul, & faith & I know for sure I would love to give back to the community in the long run.

Anything will help and I’m so grateful to be alive, and appreciative for the good and bad in life. All is possible through god !! Thank you for listening,
