Help with the down payment for an urgent move

Hi, my name is J. Watkins, those of you who know me may know my username on Discord as JazzyFaox. For nearly a year, and for the whole of this year thus far, my family and I have been facing troubles with our landlord, and have been pursuing a lawsuit against him for damages to our health both mental and physical, and for falsifying an eviction against us. Today, we attended a court hearing wherein the Judge had dismissed our case unfairly for reasons unknown to us, despite the landlord lying and despite my and my mother's worsened health, which has cost us a lot of money due to my lack of health insurance, and the cost of various things in relation to my diabetes, and my mother's severe Crohn's disease does not allow her to work a well-paying job or any job for that matter. I put off asking for help because for so long it felt like everything would be okay, and now that we've been put in this situation where we're under threat of losing our home and belongings and living on the street, I'm putting my pride aside and asking for as much help as possible. I hope I don't burden anyone with this request, but at this point, it's a matter of life or death for not just myself but my family as well.
