In July 2020, our good friend Terri Golden was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Since being diagnosed, Terri has gone through two rounds of chemotherapy.  

 
Our strong warrior Terri is now preparing to undergo another round of chemotherapy, followed by a Bone Marrow Transplant. 

 
Terri Golden has been a realtor for the past 35 years.  An amazing long career that has amassed an industry track record comprised of Coldwell's top honors and most respected awards and affiliations. Terri, a highly decorated realtor, has been in the Circle of Excellence since the start of her career. 

 
Terri considers the true source of her success to be not the awards she's won but rather the professional, knowledgeable, and ethical approach she takes to what she does, combined with a steadfast commitment to strong and honest relationships with her clients.  

 
Originally from Brooklyn, Terri has lived in Edgewater, New Jersey for 30 years and currently owns a condominium along the Gold Coast. 

 
Friends and colleagues of Terri’s have come together to start this fund so we can help ease some burden off of Terri’s shoulders so she can focus on her fight.
