Help with Tank’s Medical Issues

Our neighbor Cody has become our dear friend. We have watched him experience and go through many difficult trials over these past 2 years. In that process we have witnessed Cody grow into a person of faith in-spite of his circumstances. He has found and sustained his sobriety , has a job that he’s been faithful to, is actively seeking reunification with his daughter, has volunteered in the community as well as church. He’s a loyal participant in our small group that meets once a week. Tank has been Cody’s most precious companion through all of it.

This week Tank unexpectedly started having severe seizures. He’s been treated locally but it’s looking as though he may need to go the U of M to have extensive testing, with costs exceeding 5,000 dollars.

We know there are no guarantees, but as Cody’s friends, we want to give him the opportunity to all he can for Tank.
