Help with Sway'ze Prince's medical expenses

Hi, my name is Jessica, and I am fundraising for Sway'ze Prince. She is the 2 month-old daughter of Faith Prince. She is currently at Medical City Children's Hospital in Dallas, Texas.
Sway'ze was born on August 31st, 8 weeks premature. Faith had an emergency c-section, due to a placental abruption. She was first transferred to Northwest Hospital in Amarillo, due to being premature. She was then transferred to Medical City Children's Hospital in Dallas for further treatment and procedures, where she is now.
Sway'ze has been through numerous surgeries throughout her short 2 months of life. This sweet baby girl is a fighter. Sway'ze went through a six hour procedure to separate her trachea from her esophagus, and during the surgery her rib was broken. Two days ago, Sway'ze was placed back on the ventilator.
- Sway'ze has been diagnosed with Laryngotracheomalacia. This condition affects her larynx and trachea causing issues with her airway. The doctor says it will improve over time. She is now back on the ventilator at this time, due to her elevated carbon monoxide levels.
- The second issue she is struggling with is her right diaphragm. It is not working correctly, and may require surgery in 8 weeks. However, she needs to be off the ventilator prior to the surgery, so her physician is consulting with pulmonary about a tracheostomy (tube in throat/neck). This will allow her to be more mobile, so she can interact with her family.
- The third issue is with a bacterial infection of the trachea and fever. She had lots of secretions, so her lungs were not able to ventilate properly causing an infection to set up. She is currently on an antibiotic. She continues to have a feeding tube in place for nourishment.
Faith lives in Childress with no access to doctors that deal with these extensive health problems in babies under two. Therefore, bringing Sway'ze home is not feasible at this time. It is a two hour drive to a major hospital. A few weeks from now, insurance may say, she is well enough to be discharged to go home. At that point, she will not be stable enough to leave the area, so they may have to get an apartment in Dallas for a lengthy amount of time. Faith has not been able to work throughout this time, and it appears she will be in Dallas for the next few months if not longer, while Sway'ze undergoes more surgeries. Due to these circumstance, they are in need of help with expenses: rent, food, travel. Any amount is greatly appreciated. Please, continue to prayer for precious Sway'ze. Thank you!
