Stephen Mullen passed away last week and we are trying to raise money to help with his services. He was a life long lowell resident, growing up in Shaughnessy Terrace. He loved sports, his cat and people, many whom he considered family. He was a spartan soul, he didn't have much but he had what he needed and he liked it that way. He was loved by so many. We could use the help to lay him to rest so anything would help if you can. Thank you!
