Help with Stella's Type 1 Diabetes ICU Stay

I am Stella's grandmother. She was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and was in DKA with blood sugar greater than 500. She is a very sick little girl and being monitored closely for brain swelling related to the DKA.

She is currently in the PICU at Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland Oregon. 

Any amount at all helps relieve the burden financial as they are still paying off the multitude of debt from Amanda's Breast Cancer and related surgeries.

Due to the fact that Stella has always been such a healthy kid, her insurance out of pocket and deductible were set high to aid in lowering the cost of the insurance.

Sadly, with a yet undetermined number of days in PICU and an ambulance ride from Salem to Portland, they will have met and surpassed her 7,500.00 deductible with a lifetime of medical needs ahead.
