Snowbelle is a rescue cat who I rehomed in the summer from a lovely London-based rescue. She is pure white Exotic Persian who we believe was previously used for breeding due to her appearance and discarded when she was no longer useful. Our beautiful girl had been found taped into a cardboard box, dumped outside. A lovely gentleman took her to the vets and by chance the rescue team were there and took her on. Due to the severe neglect Snowbelle had been subjected to, there was no alternative but to amputate one of her front legs. She also had dental surgery as her mouth was in a terrible state, and the majority of her teeth were removed.

Since she became a member of my family in June she has shown us so much love despite everything she's been through. She really is my best friend and my children adore her.

Unfortunately a routine health check a few weeks back uncovered a potential heart issue and blood tests showed that although aside from this issue she is in good health, her heart stress marker was around five times higher than it should be, and her vet thinks this is probably due to the arrythmia they detected. Snowbelle is due to have an ultrasound and ECG under sedation to determine the cause and severity of the issue, as well as the best treatment route to help her maintain a good quality of live.

Every single day this little girl has lived since the rescue took her on when she was only minutes away from being PTS at the vets has been a bonus and I want to support my little girl to be here to soak up all the love she should have been given all along. She has fought through so much to make it this far and I want to support her though this and ensure she has the appropriate treatment.
