Help with Rusty’s ER medical bills

  Anyone who knows LeAnn and Gregg know they are the kindest people with exceptional love for animals. They run Mini-Pals Therapy which was established in 2020 and helps people of various needs from autism to deaf and blind children. Their two trained Mini-Horse visit schools, convalescent homes and are certified by Pet Partners. They have a little farm that is always open as a place to relax , spend some time learning about and bonding with animals.

  I met them during a photo shoot last spring and have taken my children and friends with children out there multiple times to play with their chickens, turkeys, ponies, goats, sheep, dogs, and tortoise.   We always leave with a carton of fresh eggs the kids get to find.  When I needed a generator they were there eager to lend me one. They are the definition of love, generosity, and animal lovers.

  Two weeks ago they took in a dog that was being dumped on Facebook. When an animal was in need they were there. He had parasites they treated and then a week later developed vomiting and diarrhea. Long story short he had emergency surgery and has been at the local ER since Sunday.  He is in intensive care with plasma transfusions, bloodwork monitoring, and gets his stomach emptied of fluid buildup every four hours.   It breaks my heart I couldn’t be there to provide the medical care they needed but with the holiday weekend they had to go to ER with ER care and the ER prices.

Leanne and Gregg would do anything to help this dog, but the cost has gone far beyond their means. They will find a way to make it work, but this is a very hard financial hit.

Anything anyone can donate can help. All their money goes to food and care for their mini farm and animals. This is money that normally would be spent on pony and sheep food. Food for the chickens and turkeys. Money for their upkeep. Please help me help them. Their hearts of gold to care for this poor abandoned dog is putting them in a tight spot. They would never ask for help so I am here asking for them. Please.
