Hello Friends and Family,

I am kindly asking for help, as my Uncle Ruben (Korki), has been severely ill over the past month. Our family is no stranger to cancer, and he has been diagnosed with a terminal cancer as of this past week. He normally spends his time doing audio/sound for bands at a bar in San Antonio, it’s his passion, but he’s been in the hospital for a month now. With him not working and my aunt (his sister) that he lives with being on a fixed income, the medical bills are stacking up.

He will be coming home, but unfortunately, there isn’t much else the doctors can do. The plan is to make him as comfortable as possible and give him some peace at home with loved ones. My Uncle is the kind of person who would rather give you his food to make sure you don’t go hungry. Always kind, always loving. Always supportive. We’re a very close family, and we’re going to need help making it through this. I am setting this up with donations to go to my aunt (his sister), and they can decide how best to apply the funds.

No donation is too small, a share goes a long way. We truly appreciate it all, especially the prayers.

My Uncle calls God, “Big Sky Daddy,” and I am praying for Big Sky Daddy to bring some peace and help as my Uncle walks this journey.
