My name is Loni Thoma and our family is raising money for my Uncle, Rick Cleworth.
Rick is a 61 year old self employed painting contractor who has been suffering from liver disease. On November 1 of this year, Rick was given the gift of life when he received a liver transplant at UCSD Jacobs Center. He will be released from the hospital November 13 and will be recovering at home. Recovery may take up to a year before he can return to work.
Rick is married to his wife Toni. Toni is disable and cannot work. Needless to say they are in desperate need of financial help to survive the long recovery.
