Help with rent as freelance work is drying up.

My name is Simon Letch. You may know me from my website the Sunbow Marvel Archive, where I organise and showcase scripts, storyboards and other production material from animated TV shows of the 80s and 90s.

In November 2022, I left my job on the railway after 13 years. Having worked non-stop, on-site on a full time schedule throughout the pandemic, taking no leave. I needed to get away from that environment and the schedule of working seven to ten day weeks, for the sake of my physical and mental health.

After 8 months of unemployment, I was offered and accepted freelance writing work. While I have been given a second assignment after completing the first in autumn, I am having to ration £20 of food over a week in order to get rent paid.

That is why I am asking: if you have enjoyed the stories from the past that I have brought to light and would like me to continue doing so, please give what you can to help keep this roof over my head.
