Help with Removing 100 foot burnt tree from fire

Hi everyone a few weeks ago a house behind us went on fire, it spread to our neighbors home then our yard. Taking both of our sheds with all of our valuables inside and it destroyed just about everything in our yard. Melted the sidings on our home, and a huge 100 foot tree in our yard went on fire. It was terrifying, it could have came down on our home or anyone's home in the area. Thank you FDNY for putting it out and doing what you do. It is truly an unappreciated job. I'd say over an hour later smoke was coming out of the tree, from the inside out. Fire department was called again, they put it out for the 2nd time! Yes we have homeowners insurance, we never said anything for that reason. But as it turns out insurance does NOT want to cover getting the 100 foot tree down. We asked why? & what happens if it falls, we were told then insurance will deal with it when it actually does fall. It's not safe, I don't want anyone to get hurt and we want it gone. This is where we need some help, and trust me we're not the type to ask for help, but in this case we have to. We didn't ask for this fire. Things happen, we're trying to prevent anything else from happening. Any Donation is appreciated we love you all.
