Help With Reggie's Medical Bills & Dental Surgery

I was recently biking and i ended up having a really significant accident on the sidewalks of lakewood.. I hit a bit of a ramp in the sidewalk and the landing afterwards lead to several broken/chipped teeth, one missing, multiple abrasions on my arms, legs, and hands.. My bottom lip is cut open and my exterior top and bottom lips are missing skin....

I never thought I'd say this but.. I'm now a victim of PTSD... i continue to have these very raw and powerful flashbacks to the very moment my teeth landed directly into the concrete, blood was covering the ground and i realized that people were surrounding me and trying to get me help.. Whenever my mind isn't occupied by something for too long - i go right back to it and it's terrifying... unimaginably terrifying.. So please if you know a biker whether it be motorcycle or bicycle - check on them and make sure they're being safe. 

I could use ANY help that's out there.. Because as you may know (of course you know) times are as tough as they've ever been.. And with me recently getting promoted at work to a store manager - things were going in a positive direction but now i can't even talk to my customers appropriately and i only have 26 hours of PTO.. We're already struggling just to make ends meet and I'm assuming my medical bills/dental surgery are going to be outrageous.. My girlfriend is taking care of me currently and she's the sweetest and closest person to me.. We still need to pay our rent, our phone bills, our electricity, our gas, food for us, food for our three cats, and now recovery for me...and i currently feel so bad that she has all of this on her shoulders all while dealing with her own stress...
This has truly changed my life in the worst way.
