Help with Raul medical treatment

Thank you for your support, our father Raul Villamarin got ill while visiting family in Ecuador. Doctors say 90-95% of his lungs are compromised and his SpO2 is very low and they are unable to breath without a ventilator. His treatment its around $500 a day and his insurance doesn't cover overseas, we trying to get him strong enough to request an emergency medical evacuation to the United States for better treatment and give him a fighting chance to survive.
