Hello, my name is Tina. My daughter’s dog Panda has a inguinal hernia which we had recently seen a vet for, which will be fatal if left untreated. She needs to have it removed and get a spay to prevent it from reoccurring. Unfortunately, we do not have the money to pay for her treatment as we are already in a tight financial situation as is and cannot afford to spend over 2000$ to get her treated.
