A year ago we found out my dad had congestive heart failure, diabetes, a heart murmur, high blood pressure, and that his kidneys were failing. After hearing this we were devastated and we're worried about how we were gonna afford all of these medical bills. My family has been struggling this past year trying to afford all of these bills and these medications to keep him going. He does not have health insurance, he was told that he does not qualify for it, even though the amount of money he makes every month is barely enough for my parents to pay rent. He has been in the hospital since Christmas Eve night and is now starting a medication where hopefully in 3 months he can get a device like a pacemaker, which will keep him around for much longer than we all expected. Without this pacemaker the only other option we have is a heart transplant, which is very difficult to get and can take many years. My dad is the most loving hardworking man I know who has always provided for my family even while being sick. Please if you can donate anything to us to help my family we would really appreciate it.
