On August 12, 2018 I broke a tooth that needs to be removed and replaced with an implant.  The tooth next to it is a "flipper" that I had since 2003 and would like to also get replaced with an implant.  On top of that I have a three tooth bridge (lower right)  that went bad and I am getting that  removed (no implants for that yet. There is also a part of a tooth that needs to be removed on the left.  

There is work that my regular dentist  also needs to do for this as well that I have not factored in yet. I am hoping some of my friends can help me out
