Help with only car to get husband to Dr appointmen

Hi my name is Kelle Teeter I am coming to you all for prayers and help. My husband Bobby is very sick he has Fabry Disease (fabry.org). His lungs, heart and brain are all affected from this disease Why I am coming to y'all for help is that our only vehicle was in an accident with a deer. It's drivable but the oil light keeps flickering and something is rubbing the front tire when I stop. It is also out of alignment now. We need to get it fixed so I can take him to his many doctor appointments but we are both on disability and can't afford the $500 dollar deductible. The car also needs tires very bad I priced used tires and they are $55 but we can't afford to get them. We would love for any help you you can possibly give.
