Help With New Orthopedic Lift Shoes

Hi my name is Dustyn. I was born with underdeveloped femurs one 6 inches shorter than the other. I need to wear these specially made shoes to go out and after having my current shoes for almost 8 years now they have gotten worn to the point where they negatively affecting my ability to walk.

The reason I'm seeking assistance with my shoes is because the shoe alterations are very expensive and insurance will not cover them. I am currently in a place where I am unable to afford the price of the shoes so I am taking to "Go Fund Me" to seek help.
