I was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney disease in February due to years of high blood pressure. Now I'm on dialysis 3 times a week. My family and I feel it's best for me to be on a plant based diet since meat is hard on the kidneys. I am now on 4 different meds for my blood pressure.
