Nelson Zayas is from Puerto Rico currently living in Jacksonville, Florida with a wife and 4 kids. He is a hard working father who always has a smile on his face and a contagious energy. 

Nelson contracted Covid-19 while recovering from shoulder surgery. He is currently in the hospital in a coma and his family needs help with the medical bills.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to support him through his recovery.
