Help With Nala's Recovery After Car Accident

Good morning everyone my name is Elizabeth and im here to ask for your help. My dog Nala got out of the house Thursday afternoon while I wasn't home and got hit by a car and needs medical attention. We rushed her to the emergency room she has a broken paw but they weren't able to X-ray because we don't financially have it. Her whole left paw is skinned to the bone. The vet says we have to bring her every other day to get her wound cleaned because she's at high risk for infection and could possibly lose her limb if she gets infected. The bills are just piling up and we just don't know what to do anymore. We just want our dog to be okay. We've already lost one dog 2 years ago. Pleas if anyone can help us it would greatly be appreciated. She's only 5 and has so much more life left in her.
