Hi, my name is Will, Brandy's brother, and I am setting up this fundraiser to help with my sister's funeral expenses. That is around $8,000 for Dusters Funeral Home, where she will be laid to rest on Wednesday. She passed away peacefully at Allegheny General Hospital on Saturday, May 14th, a few minutes after 9 pm while I was at her bedside.

She left behind a teenage daughter named Angel who is autistic and currently with her dad. Brandy was all about spending time with her babygirl. She was a great mother who went above and beyond for Angel.

 

Unfortunately, she had no life insurance of any kind and I am asking for some help so Brandy can have the proper funeral and cremation that she deserves. She had been battling lung cancer for over 3 years and the cancer spread to her brain, which caused her to get worse and end up in the hospital and hospice. I am not the type of person to ask anyone for financial help.

 

However, I am at a loss when it comes to the finances that are needed so she can be laid to rest. Anything you can do helps, and I truly and greatly appreciate it. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life, as I'm her only sibling.
