Help with my journey to recovery

Hi, as many of you may already know this past Memorial Day I was in a severe car crash and unfortunately will not be able to work for 3-6 months due to my injuries (broken leg and hand) The whole situation all together has been extremely overwhelming as I'm still trying to process it all.
