Help with my grandma's burial.

Hi, my name is Symphonie and my beloved grandmother has passed away today at 1:50pm. she was the strongest person in the world, she helped everybody in any way that she could, she cared she loved and she wanted to help.

She was in the hospital due to her congestive heart failure and we found out her kidneys were bad also. It was not getting any better. I was with her every single day and after I would leave my aunt would be there with her. today when I got there to see my grandma she was laying down . Suddenly she passed away.
