Help with Murphy's Vet Expenses

Brandon and his WTAR rescue Murphy were involved in a hit and run accident in DC on Sun, April 25th. Murphy was trying to back into the street with Brandon trying to grab him while a speeding SUV came by. Brandon heroically grabbed Murphy back just as he got hit causing Brandon to fall backwards, fracturing his elbow radial with Murphy bleeding on top of him. Neighbors rushed to their side and got them both to urgent care. Murphy received 14 stitches, his bladder was injured and he has bruised lungs with surrounding fluid making it hard for him to breath normally. Brandon is scheduled for surgery on Friday, April 30th to repair his elbow fracture. Brandon and his wife Anne are devoted to their two pupsters, Olive and Murphy. Murphy was my very first foster baby and is the life of the party in dog world. Brandon's recovery will be difficult while he and and wife tend to Murphy and also to their other pup Olive. Any help you can provide to soften the blow of their vet bill ($3200) would be greatly appreciated! They are the epitome of two devoted dog lovers and this has been very traumatic for all of them.
