I just found out I have cancer.

I'm gonna lose my large kidney.

I have another cancer in my guts.

I'm gonna need chemo

and radiation therapy.

Will be out of work for the rest of the year.

Depending on how the chemo goes.

which obviously will put a strain on my family.

Any help would be appreciated.
