Hello, I am Moses and my dog Russ when I got home from spending a couple of nights with my partner one day seemed off. I gave it 2 days after seeing him not eating and being lethargic and not acting himself before going to vet. I then found out that he had Intestinal blockage and needed surgery for between $ 6,526-7,900 dollars PLUS $1,300 dollars,  and 4000 worth of extended  care. already spent on the tests to find the need for surgery.  Me and my partner, who bless her soul is  an amazing person pooled our credit to open a CareCredit line to afford the procedure. I myself had opened another already for the 1st $1,300.

To give you some background on me,I am a Registered Behavior Tech on limited hours and i was struggling with Insurance, taxes and Car payments for my first car I was able to buy myself in January after taking all of 2020 to build my credit. I needed a car because my Partner lives more than an hour away and also I live with and help/aid my Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Uncle and his wife. 

Russ  saved my life in 2020 after I felt crushed after the death of my long time emotional help dog and friend Duke, my 12 year old dog who died to cancer complications. Needless to say I had flashbacks of my best friend passing away and I had no other options to pay for the surgery. 

I do not expect to meet my goal , but it would be amazing to have any and all help as these payments are going to push me and my partner, who has to find a new home for herself as there is no room for her at my home with all her possessions and her pets, to our financial ends.
