Help with Moo's patellar luxation surgery cost

Hi, I'm Megan! If you know me well you know that my cat, Moo Moo is my pride and joy. She's been such a great companion and support animal for me over the last 8 years.

She started to develop a limp in November. After several vet visits, she received physical exams, X-rays, and pain meds to help with the discomfort. We decided to keep her isolated in a room in our house to see if her leg would get any better after a period of limited mobility. After no improvement, even after two months, we moved forward with a visit to a recommended orthopedic surgeon.

The orthopedic surgeon was able to diagnose her pretty immediately thankfully, but of course our options for recovery are very costly.

Moo has level 3 Patellar Luxation which essentially means her knee cap is no longer riding in the proper groove causing discomfort and loss of function. She needs surgery to reconstruct the soft tissue and deepen the femoral groove so her knee cap can sit deeply in it's normal position again.

Ian and I are asking for help with her surgery costs ($4,827 on the low side, $5,700 on the high side). We've exhausted all of our options the past two months and blew through $2,000 already to try to diagnose her, so we've got no savings left. Any donation would be extremely helpful as we navigate through this stressful time.
