My name is Anthony Orduno. I have recently had surgery for an undiagnosed internal injury. The surgery is called a thoracotomy, a major surgery. I am currently unable to work. Doctors say I may be out of work for up to six months. I have a disabled child at home. I am currently unable to assist her. We have in-home care services for her, but no income for me.
