Help with monthly bills for single mother of 3

Hi my name is Alexcus Bailey. On July 3rd, 2024 I was driving to work when a pickup truck crossed into my lane causing a head-on collision. My life changed in an instant. I’m a 27-year-old single parent to my 14-year-old brother, 7-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter. I sustained multiple injuries to my legs, feet, arm, back and chest, have undergone surgery and still need to undergo more surgery. I don’t know when I’ll be able to return to work but my spirit remains unbroken. I am determined to overcome all obstacles and to provide and care for my family. I cannot do this alone.
