Hi my name is Keith Slack. Earlier this year I was hit with some life changing medical news. Long story short I ended up needing heart bypass surgery. Since then while trying to recover from that, several other issues have come to light. The most recent is a serious infection in my foot that really has the doctors concerned. With all this happening I will be out of work for a while and will be struggling financially. I normally would never ask for help like this but after barely making it through the last time I can only humbly ask for help.
