Hello, folks. There isn't an easy way for me to ask this, so here goes.

I need help.

2025 has been the worst year of my life for multiple reasons.

As some of you know (and donated here to help with), I lost my cat earlier this year.

I also had a bit of an accident this summer where I tripped, fell, and cut my head open (grumpy recovery pictured above, thankfully it was just a nasty cut that required 10 stitches).

And, unfortunately, I lost my job of 3+ years in June.

I have been unable to find a new/stable source of income, and I've been selling off various chunks of my library as well as the art prints I've collected over the years to help with the bills.

I have now been informed that due to a clerical error, I will be losing a large amount of benefits that I've been relying on to get by re food and monthly bills. The timing is particularly bad as I've just gotten the latest electric bill, which is not a small one.

If you are able to spare anything, I would be forever grateful. I am doing my best to stay afloat but I am at the point where I need to ask for this kind of help.
